Jessica Peña is a Partner with the City Fund. Prior to joining City Fund she was Partner at Education Cities, where she supported and advised city-based education organizations on their efforts to grow great public schools. Jessica has spent her career working in and out of government to reform systems for vulnerable people. Jessica has a BA from Trinity College and a JD from New York University School of Law. She is a native New Yorker currently living in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
