Sarah Eberhard is the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel with City Fund. Prior to joining City Fund, she served as COO & General Counsel at both Higher Ground Labs and 270 Strategies and before 270, Sarah served as the General Counsel at After School Matters. Sarah started her legal career at Jones Day, focusing on corporate governance, securities, and fund formation. Sarah is a graduate of Colgate University and Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and she lives in Chicago with her husband, two teenage children, and two dogs.
