Camden Education Fund awards $1.2M to Camden schools to support students with disabilities

To address the pandemic’s outsized impacts on the learning and wellbeing of students with disabilities, the Camden Education Fund is providing more than a million dollars to five local schools to expand supports for these students. The grants will allow schools to add classroom teachers, life skills programs and behavioral therapy programs.  

Grantee schools include: LEAP Academy, Uncommon Camden Prep, Camden City School District’s Woodrow Wilson High School, KIPP Cooper Norcross Academy, and Promise Charter School.
