Music-themed charter school step closer to opening

Members of the Rocketship Public Charter Schools team in Nashville gathered recently to mark the topping out of its new music-centered charter school in the Antioch community.  The K-4 campus will be guided by Rocketship’s four core values: empathy, respect, responsibility, and persistence. Music will be incorporated into daily classroom instruction.

“Music is a universal language,” Principal Jessica Alexander said. “It’s important with the context of Nashville.”
