Blair Mindak is an Executive Assistant with City Fund, supporting partners with scheduling, operations, and logistics. Blair has an AA degree from Meramec College. She has over ten years experience as an executive assistant, working for a local government official and in early education. Blair spends her free time creating art and volunteering at a rescue working with race horses. She currently resides in St. Louis.
