Jenny Paulk joined City Fund in February 2023, as the Director of Grants. Prior to joining City Fund, Paulk spent more than 7 years at Open Society Foundations, first as the Associate Director of Grants, then as the Director of Grants. Paulk has held leadership positions and in various operational roles with several other non-profit organizations in New York City, including Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB), Columbia University’s International Center for AIDS Care and Prevention (ICAP), and the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions (NFCDCU).Paulk graduated from University of Georgia with a degree in Sociology. She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer having served in Niger, West Africa.
