Melody Chou O’Conor is the Vice President of People at City Fund. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff at KIPP St. Louis, where she led the network’s charter renewal and strategic planning processes. She has spent the last decade fighting for better educational opportunities for all kids, starting with her work at Teach For America and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Melody is a graduate of Columbia University and Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and she currently lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and two boys.
