Tekia Stokes is the Director of Talent and Equity at City Fund. Prior to joining the City Fund team, she was the Director of Talent and Operations at The Hub Project, where she led the organization’s Human Resources, talent, and DE&I/belonging strategy and implementation. Tekia is a certified Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) and holds a master’s in Human Resources Management from Trinity Washington University and a bachelor’s from Virginia State University.
